You're probably in the right place if...
Whatever brought you here, I'm glad you're here.

It doesn't have to be this way.
Many people remain on psychiatric medications for years without ever having the opportunity to thoughtfully reevaluate whether they're still helping.
At Thriving Mind, I offer medication reassessment and deprescribing support for individuals seeking a more intentional approach to mental health care. Together, we'll explore whether your current medications continue to align with your goals and, when appropriate, develop a safe, individualized plan for change.
Our goal isn't simply to reduce medication. It's to help you make informed decisions, address underlying causes of distress, and move toward lasting healing.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT/KAP) combines the therapeutic effects of ketamine with skilled psychotherapy to support emotional healing, trauma integration, and meaningful personal growth.
Unlike approaches focused solely on symptom reduction, ketamine can create a unique opportunity to access emotions, perspectives, and experiences that may be difficult to reach through traditional talk therapy alone. When combined with thoughtful preparation and integration, this process can help clients gain insight, process unresolved experiences, and reconnect with themselves in profound ways.
Many individuals describe ketamine-assisted therapy as helping them step outside long-standing patterns, quiet the inner critic, and access a greater sense of clarity, self-compassion, and possibility.
This approach may be particularly valuable for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional disconnection, or a sense of feeling stuck despite years of traditional treatment.
My approach is:
• Evidence-informed
• Compassionate and trauma-informed
• Integrative and transformative
• Focused on preparation, safety, and integration

Many people spend years understanding their struggles intellectually yet still find themselves repeating the same patterns, feeling emotionally stuck, or living in a constant state of stress and overwhelm.
At Thriving Mind, I combine psychotherapy with mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and somatic healing approaches to help you create lasting change from the inside out.
Together, we'll explore the underlying causes of distress, process difficult experiences, and develop a deeper connection with yourself, your relationships, and your life.
